We are seeking a bright,
enthusiastic retail professional with extensive retail customer service
experience to join our team in Northern California's finest full service
Bridal Salon.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years prior retail
experience, preferably in the fashion industry and possess excellent
customer service skills. Professional attire is required. Must be
great with a computer, answering busy telephones and working in
a fast paced, demanding environment. WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS ARE REQUIRED.
Full time preferred/part time available.
Position duties include but not limited to working one on one with
brides during scheduled appointments to help them select their wedding
attire, maintaining computerized customer files, corresponding with
customers and vendors via email, and booking appointments via telephone.
